Daniel Godden has been involved in property development and management for over 17 years across all property classes. Resident in New Zealand for 14 years, he has successfully completed a number of subdivisions, mixed use and hotel developments during this time as well as selection of office conversions.

Simon Thomson

Simon Thomson has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry and is known for his ability to deliver complex and major projects. Most recently Simon was Project Director for Coffey Projects on the $217m Christchurch International Airport Redevelopment Project and the $100m Double Bunking Project for the Department of Corrections. These projects have required careful planning to construct major facilities within and around existing operational environments, fast – tracked elements and parallel contracts to ensure programme is achieved.

John Bannock has been engaged in complex civil engineering projects for decades. With specialist expertise in subdivisions, commercial large scale horizontal build and complex dam retaining wall builds, John leads our civil engineering service.

Grant Roberts has been involved in complex construction and project management for over twenty six years spanning on and offshore rigging, the mines of Australia and the vineyards of New Zealand. He is now heavily involved in seismic strengthening projects in the North Island.

Tom Angus is a qualified civil engineer with experience in procurement, contract law and engineering and construction in liquefiable soils. He is involved in several civil engineering projects for Optimum.

Alan Albertson has managed a variety of constuction projects throughout New Zealand with a depth of experience in hospitality. Alan is also an approved asbestos sampling inspector.

Karl Baxter has returned from overseas where he worked on various engineering projects with an emphasis on urban renewal projects. As a qualified engineer Karl has been involved in the design of many of the recent large subdivision projects and commercial site works for Optimum and is a proficient user of AutoCAD Civil 3D software.

Kristine Paran has provided engineering support for a variety of large corporates throughout New Zealand. Kristine provides AutoCAD drafting skill and engineering support services for many of our clients.

David Kitson comes from a finance background and as well as a specialist understanding of retirement villages, he also has experience in Corporate Recovery and Turnaround Management, Branch Management, Area Management, Regional Management and General Management.
